Beyond my professional needs, I also encountered this problem in my personal life. Many times, I needed to transfer photos, documents, or other files between my phone and computer, often just to print them or edit them on another device. However, I found that most services required me to log in or go through unnecessary steps. I just wanted a quick, hassle-free way to transfer files—no sign-ups, no passwords, no unnecessary clicks.

The Need Becomes Clear

One of the moments that reinforced my idea was during my college days. Sitting in the computer lab, working on coding assignments, I noticed that sharing files wasn’t as simple as it should be. Our professor often had to log into his Google account to access Google Classroom just to send us a single file. Some of my friends resorted to using WhatsApp Web to transfer code snippets and documents, but even that wasn’t ideal. I searched for alternatives, but most existing platforms had drawbacks. Some required an account, some had size limitations, and others charged fees for larger files. I wanted a platform that was truly open—one where you could simply upload a file, generate a link, and share it instantly with anyone.
